Lumia and Polygon Labs have announced plans to build Lumia Towers, a $220 million infrastructure spanning 50,000 square meters in Istanbul, Turkey. The twin skyscrapers will house 300 residential and commercial units and will be fully tokenized by the second quarter of 2026. Lumia CEO Kal Ali believes this signifies a breakthrough in real-estate ownership through tokenization.
